Oligopolistic structure isn’t only in a dominant position in the modern economy, but also has high economic efficiency of the market structure. The market system in the western developed countries has dominated from the late19th century early20th century produced. During the past two or three years, as the growing economic globalization, the United States, Japan, Europe and other countries for improving the overall competitiveness of countries have adopted some legal and practical actions to relax the control of oligopoly one after another, an objective to further promote the rapid development of oligopolistic market structures. This study is based on the needs of oligopolistic market competition between supply chains.First, we established the oligopolistic market demand function based on the Cobb-Douglas production function of and then the formula is proved that the demand oligopoly market demand function is effective from the mathematical theory. And then this paper also using the latter part of DS model is further validated and based on the Cobb-Douglas production function of the oligopolistic. The market demand function is correct. In the end of the third chapter we solved the two models which were used to compare the data analysis.Secondly, this paper established the model of competitions among supply chains network under oligopolistic market conditions. Then it focuses on the analysis of oligopolistic market conditions, the two-stage supply chain competition. By solving the model, three conditions are solved in the analysis of supply chain, decentralized decision-making, centralized decision-making and decision-making under the conditions of mixing the best price and product effectiveness. Finally, using the model based on quantitative methods above this paper pays attention to the government intervention on the oligopoly market issues, including government subsidies and government price issues.According to the conclusions of model and solution in the third and the fourth chapter in the thesis, we set out analysis of China diesel oil retail market competition. First of all, based upon the Cobb-Douglas production function we solve the demand function of the oligopolistic market of China diesel oil retail market, and the D-S model is used to analyze. The analysis of China diesel retail market mainly includes Sinopec and CNPC. Article in this chapter were solved in the supply chain in decentralized decision-making, centralized decision making, and mixed conditions in the oil and competition between Sinopec and CNPC. In the end the chapter discusses the government of China diesel oil retail market for administrative intervention.
