The coal is the most important strategic energy of our country, but the coal mine machinery recycling and disposal happened in the process of coal producing have done a lot of damages to the environment. A lot of coal enterprises use rough method of recycling for short-term benefits, which has polluted the air, land and water a lot and also done harm to people. So, for the coal mine machinery recycling of coal mine, we shouldn’t only care about the economic benefits but also the protection of environment.Although there are a lot of papers researching waste material recycling recently, most of them focus on economic benefits.The main results of this paper are:firstly, it summarized the definition and the development of the evaluation methodology of eco-efficiency and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the methods.Secondly, through the analysis of all kinds of reverse logistics networks, it designed a network consisting of recycling center, disassembly and test center, reproducing center and point of sale.Thirdly, on the basis of theory of ecological footprint, this paper created a eco-efficiency model based on profit, carbon emission, solid waste, energy consumption, building land, waste water discharge.
