Coal occupies a fundamental place in China's national economy for long.According to the China Coal Industry Association,the proportion of China's coal consumption reached 64% and 62% in the past two years,by 2050,the proportion will be more than 50%.As an important part of coal production,coal production logistics plays an important role in enhancing the yield and efficiency of coal enterprises.However,due to the extensive management of coal enterprises,and there is no scientific and effective operation mechanism in resources input,personnel management and cost controlling,these factors have made the low production efficiency of coal enterprises.However,how to enhance the efficiency of coal production logistics system,so as to achieve the purpose of safe and efficient production,is an important problem which many coal production enterprises need to solve.As the coal production logistics system is complex and dynamic,the main problem faced by the coal enterprises is how to select the key factors from many influencing factors,and explore the influencing degree of factors on system efficiency,so as to improve the efficiency of coal mine production.Based on the above considerations,a RS-SD(Rough Sets-System Dynamics)model for coal mine production logistics system was proposed,the factors affecting the efficiency of coal mine production logistics system are simulated and analyzed.The main contents of this paper include:(1)From the angle of dynamic analysis,the system is classified into personnel,machinery and equipment,material circulation,disaster rescue and other aspects,so as to analyze the factors which affect efficiency of coal production logistics system,and research the mechanism of system efficiency and influence factors.(2)Establishing the efficiency index system of coal mine production logistics system.Analyzing the influencing factors,and establishing the index system preliminarily.Rough set method was used to select the key factors from many influencing factors,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the index system.(3)RS-SD model of coal mine production logistics system efficiency is established,explore the influencing degree of factors on system efficiency through the empirical analysis.The results show that the model can reflect the relationship between factors and system well.This paper proposed a dynamic analysis method to study the efficiency of coal mine production logistics.This method can provide scientific guidance for the resource input strategies of coal enterprises,it can also improve the production efficiency of coal enterprises and have positive significance for safer and more efficient production of coal companies.
