| Coal is one of the main energy sources in china. In recent years, most of the coal producers have input big amount of human, material and financial resources, as a result the coal production and mining techniques and the management skills are significantly boasted as well as the coal mine productive efficiency under safe circumstance. However, too much use of resources has brought about resource redundancy, making the burden much heavier on the firms’ shoulder. The mine production logistics system is a system that has particularity and complexity to some degree such as multi-input and multi-output, and it has different factors which can influence discriminately. Therefore how to optimize the distribution of resources of coal production logistics system so as to achieve the efficiency of coal mine production with ensuring safety becomes one realistic problem that coal producers should confront.In this paper, taking one coal producer for researching example, it deploys research on the coal production logistics system by establishing the efficiency-evaluating model of the coal producer’s allocation of resources of the system with the DEA method and it deals with the data with the analysis of the main component, sets an experiment that shows whether the allocation of resources of the subordinate firms is available or not. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward the countermeasures which can increase efficiency of the allocation of resources and support the theory that the high efficiency of the allocation is based on the coal production logistics system.The main contents of this article are given as follows:(1) it introduces related theory of the resource distribution efficiency of the coal production logistics system as well as the basic principle and methods of efficiency-evaluating. Depending on the study of the complexity and uncertainty of the coal production logistics system, this paper works out the input and output factors exit in the coal production logistics system and has devised indicator system.(2) it chooses one coal group as the research target in which it builds the efficiency-evaluating DEA model of the resources distribution of the coal production logistics system, deals with the data with the analysis of the main component and analyzes the causes of the low resources distribution through the comparison among resources distribution of different mine areas with the results that are measured by the model.(3) On the basis of the model results analyzing, this paper aimed to propose the countermeasures for the coal producers with low resources distribution in order to promote the produce scale and benefit for the coal group, and it serves as a reference to other group’s effort to optimize the resource distribution.The result shows that the research of the resource distribution of the coal production logistics system involved in this article can reduce the resource redundancy and increase the benefit so as to achieve the efficient and safe producing. On the other hand, the research achievements enrich and expand the study field of resource distribution theoretically and provide application and support for guaranteeing efficient and safe producing of coal mines. |
