T Company has developed and has improved after-sale services these years, in order to meet customer’s needs and provide satisfaction. The service parts technical support project is committed in setting and improving after-sale information software platform. But the project is delay. How to response on the progress request by the project schedule management? It becomes the problem that T Company needs to face.By using the fishbone diagram from people, equipment, time, material, and environment aspects in this thesis, and analyze the various problems existing in the project. Then find the root cause puts to forward the solution strategy. Then T company analysis its own project implementation process, following the work breakdown structure technology and management tools such as critical path method. After that, we find the problem and obtain the method to deal with it. Finally, the case analysis on centrifugal chiller products project for implementation, and using earned value analysis for the superiority and feasibility. The project schedule management applied to the original inefficient, serious lag and need make scientific management and improvement.
