With the establishment and development of new China,supply and marketing cooperatives are closely related to people's life,consumption and production in the era of planned economy.With the advent of the reform and opening up and the gradual formation of the market economy system,the supply and marketing cooperative system faces the impact of the market economy.X city supply and marketing cooperative group co.,ltd.is an enterprise established in the period of economic system reform,positioned to provide urban supply and marketing services,and hopes to continuously transform and upgrade.With the growth of the enterprise,the X city supply and marketing cooperative group company has gradually realized that the original human resource management work has been unable to keep up with the pace of the new round of enterprise development.The shortage of human resources and the gap in the level of human resource management are bound to become an obvious weakness in the future competition in various aspects of the enterprise.This article first comb by looking for the development of human resources management experience and development trend,summarizes domestic and foreign theories and research achievements in the study of human resource management system,by using scientific research methods of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,with X city SMC group company as the research object,the six modules of human resources management system,analyzing the present situation investigation found that its main existing human resources planning and personnel recruitment is not scientific,the imperfection of the staff training system,unreasonable salary incentive,performance evaluation is not comprehensive,backward management and so on a series of problems of labor relations,Secondly through analyzing the causes of these problems and detailed interpretation,combining with the actual situation of enterprises further from the optimization of human resource planning,recruitment system,build up scientific training system,salary incentive system short board,strengthening the inspection process and use,optimize labor relations management of human resources management system optimization measures are put forward.In the end,it is suggested that the optimization measures should be implemented smoothly by raising the awareness of the whole staff,emphasizing the overall coordination and strengthening the human resources management team.
