Research On Establishment And Application Of The Green Logistics Evaluation System In K Company

The increasingly serious environmental problem and the stringent environmental regulation, make the role of green logistics important for company. Green logistics is helpful for company to reduce resource waste, reduce costs, expand the profit space, improve company’s social responsibility. K company is a large domestic engineering film production company. Because the production environment of engineering film is strict and customer personalized requirements increase day and day, so K company is faced with more and more fierce competition and challenges. Because K company set up late, all aspects of the management are not very perfect, especially in green logistics management. There are more outstanding problem in the evaluation of green logistics. Therefore, this article selects the green logistics evaluation of K company as the research subject,which help K company to establish appropriate green logistics evaluation system. All that can reduce the cost of company and enhance the competitiveness of company.This article is based on the theory of green logistics, the integrated use of literature research method, using literature research, expert evaluation method and empirical approach to study K company’s green logistics evaluation. First of all, introducing the overview of the K company, describing the present situation of the green logistics management; analyzing the problems and causes of K company’s green logistics evaluation. Secondly, indicating the principles of K company’s green logistics evaluation, establishing a system of green logistics selection for K company combined with its original index system, including five first indexes and second seventeen indexes; Finally taking K company as the example analyze the application of model. In order to ensure the authenticity and objectivity of the evaluation results,we apply analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index. Combining with index comprehensive evaluation method to calculate,which help K company comprehensive and scientific to evaluate green logistics development.
