With the continuous development of social economy, people more and more feelthe importance of logistics in the process of national economic development, and “thelogistics industry restructuring and revitalization plan” make the logistics industryamong the top ten industrial revitalization. However, China’s logistics industry is overalland backward, a good plan in the initial stage of development planning is necessary, theenvironmental protection of the logistics industry is one of the important content of that,therefore, to find a suitable road of green logistics to China’s national conditions isnecessary.This paper first introduces the importance and the urgency of green logistics,reviews the research status of green logistics. After elaborating the concepts and thetheories associated with green logistics, it put forward green degree as quantitativeindicators of the green level of logistics system; secondly the paper introducescommonly used evaluation methods of the system engineering, the general steps ofestablishing evaluating system and making systematic evaluation; finally apply themethod described above and do actual evaluation through actual data from a specificenterprise, then draw the final quantitative results, and thus puts forward somecorresponding suggestions and Countermeasures.
