| This is a year of business opportunities,ten years of business management,100 years of corporate culture.With the development of the world economy,how to adapt to the complex and ever-changing market situation and form the core competitiveness and competitive advantages in the market competition is the prerequisite for the construction of corporate culture.Corporate culture still exists during the survival and the development of the enterprise.Every successful enterprise,not only relies on its first-class hard power to occupy the market,but also depends on the soft power of enterprise culture.It regulates the life and working status of enterprise employees,provides a steady flow of cohesion and centripetal force to the enterprise,guides and restricts the professional behaviors of employees and supports the development of enterprises.Corporate culture affects the performance of the enterprise in all aspects of operations.At present,many domestic and international studies show that there is a very strong link between corporate culture and corporate performance.While,the mechanism of corporate culture impact on corporate performance,especially for domestic enterprises,has not formed a relatively perfect research system.Based on the current practice of Chinese enterprises,this study takes the mechanical manufacturing enterprise S company as an example to study the impact of corporate culture on enterprise performance by using the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.The research of this paper will provide some reference for the management and development of S company. |
