With the development of modern enterprises,the concept and method of enterprise management are constantly innovating,and cultural management has gradually become an important part of enterprise management.Since the 21st century,more and more domestic enterprises have begun to attach importance to the construction of corporate culture,and have achieved certain results,especially outstanding enterprises such as Haier and Huawei have continuously highlighted the advantages of their corporate culture.However,there are also many enterprises that have closely adhered to the concept and slogan of corporate culture construction.Lacking real implementation,corporate culture has become a formalized thing.How to implement corporate culture in employees,especially how to form employees identifying and putting into action,many companies lack effective nmeasures and methods,which makes it difficult for corporate culture to become the core competitiveness of enterprises,and thus support the strategic development of enterprises.However,the effectiveness of enterprise culture can be realized only if it is recognized or even trusted by employees,which in turn influences and condenses employees'thoughts and unified employees' behavior,and better promotes the development of the company.Therefore,in the enterprise construction,the enterprise cultural identity is particularly important,even the most core.This paper mainly studies the corporate culture identity of the state-ow ned holding company YNDL,analyzes its existing problems and deficiencies,and gives suggestions for improvement.Based on the results of the research on corporate culture by experts and scholars before the review,this paper combines the current situation of corporate culture of YNDL company,uses the corporate culture identification scale to design a questionnaire,and conducts a sample survey on YNDL to judge its shortcomings in corporate culture construction.And analyze the reasons for the formation,and finally form the YNDL company corporate culture identity improvement program.Based on the relevant theories of corporate culture and corporate culture,this paper combines the actual construction of YNDL's corporate culture to explore some of the problems that YNDL has in the promotion of corporate culture at this stage,and carefully analyzes these issues and proposes specificity.The specific countermeasures provide reference for the corporate culture construction of state-owned holding companies or other companies in the industry.
