A Knowledge Team’s Behavior Simulation System Design And Implementation Based On CAS Theory

With the economic society developing rapidly and the era of knowledge economy coming, the external environment of organizations is becoming more complex, all of this requires organizations must adapt to the environment to deal with competition effectively. Team has become the fundamental unit of various organizations. People began paying more attention to the team and realized the importance of the team.Based on the importance of the team and existing learning results, analysis and research the team structure and interaction process, model and simulate the team’s interaction from the perspective of CAS. Unlike the previous studies, the paper explores the law of development team from perspective of knowledge management. Simulate the dynamic evolution process of team through the way of task driving. Providing a simulation platform for dynamic evaluation of the team is the research task and goal of this paper.This paper includes the following sections mainly.Part1. Introduced current research background and methods of team, confirm knowledge team as the research object of this paper, and put forward the view which the team is a complex adaptive systern. Aiming at the shortcomings of the static research method about team, decided to adopt simulation to research team, the CAS theory and agent simulation technology was also introduced.Part2. Analysis system of the business requirements and architecture, complete the knowledge team’s modeling. To quantize tasks, knowledge, and other core attributes for knowledge team, established an abstract model for agent. Analysis the agent processing tasks and interactive process, design mechanisms about the agent selection, knowledge exchanges, the interaction between the agent and so on. The system database was designed too.Part3. Realize the knowledge team behavior simulation system and verify effectiveness of the system through example. On the anylogic platform, design the interaction module between user and system, create a virtual knowledge team and demonstrate team evolution process through the task driven. Prove the validity of the simulation research team at last.
