Since2004, the outbreak of the Pearl River Delta "labor shortage" has become a development problem of private enterprises. The financial crisis of2008has further result in our country private enterprise recruitment and job seeks employment contradiction is more outstanding.In the socialism modernization advancement in our country, the role of the non-public sector of the economy has growing. The Third Plenary Session of the eighteen pointed out,"Public economy and non-public economy all are important component parts of the socialist market economy. Both of them are important foundation for China’s economic and social development." Therefore, labor shortages faced by private enterprises had to draw our attention. Further speaking, how solve the private enterprises labor force short question concerns to the prosperous and powerful democratic civilization harmonious socialism modernization country, the Chinese nation revives "the Chinese dream" whether to realize greatly.First of all, this paper based on Marx’s labor merchandise theory, related resources of Development economics and Labor-market economics, this paper theoretically combed the deep reasons of our country private enterprise labor shortage problem. Secondly, in view of the management of private enterprises is relatively stable, the current situation of the grass-roots staff shortages, this paper from national policy, social environment, the private enterprise itself and the analysis of the four dimension of reality of individual laborers, reveals the reality of our country private enterprise labor shortages. Finally, this paper discussed the shortage of labor in private enterprises in the future, and put forward the countermeasures to solve the shortage of labor in private enterprise.
