Research On The Sustainable Development Of Chinese Real Estate Companys

Since the 80s of last century, real estate economy saw a rapid development in China. And real estate industry has been a pillar industry of China in recent years. Because of the particularity, the discuss on sustainable development of both the real estate industry and real estate enterprises has already become a national strategic issue.As with the competition of the real estate industries intensifies and the policy on real estate enterprise and market ecology becomes increasingly complex, China's real estate industry is about to enter the stage of re-shuffling and the real estate enterprises will finally come to a critical moment which should redefine their destiny. It is very urgent, for China, to find a suitable development path for the real estate enterprises so as to ensure the stability of both the real estate economy and the overall economic development and to avoid the fluctuations of the overall economy.Based on the studies of sustainable development and competitiveness of enterprises, this paper combines the industry attributes and characteristics of the real estate industry, makes use of the strategic theory of combat power management, Delphi method and Mahalanobis distance method to study the sustainable competition of real estate enterprises. This paper puts forward the evaluation index system of the sustainable competitive power of the enterprise, which is composed of the internal and external indexes. Furthermore, this article will analyze the sustainable development abilities of the real estate enterprises by the establishment and persistence of the concept of sustainable development,the adjustment of the development strategy of real estate enterprises in China, and the transformation of real estate enterprises for sustainable development.
