Logistics Research On E-Commerce Supply Chain

Nowadays the development speed of electronic commerce is becoming faster, as e-commerce giants, jingdong and alibaba had pulled off their IPO in the United States, and the stocks are always keeping up, especially alibaba, which stock market value has driven many staff straight to ones with tens of millions of assets. All these phenomena reveal the influence of China’s electronic commerce.In this paper, we have discussed several issues of the E-commerce logistics. At first, in this paper we have analyzed the existing e-commerce logistics supply chain mode and had reasonable forecast the future mode, and studied the existing problems of foreign trade logistics.Then, in this paper we present a series of more rigorous steps, using a location model and take into account the actual roads’condition, rents and other relevant factors to solve the network location problem. And we put forward a new idea to solve the "the last kilometer" problem of e-commerce’s network optimization.By researching the cost of e-commerce’s "the last kilometer" network based on algorithm, the reasonable layout of the construction of "the last kilometer" have rules to follow. And the study of network construction problems of "Peking University", which is an example of a specific type of network, is based on a series of actual data with processing and analysis, then we put forward the location of secondary distribution center.Finally, in view of logistics cost and practical analysis of the mobile terminal of e-commerce logistics, this paper puts forward the idea of using the mobile apps to satisfy couriers’order and query need, and use the background system, which has the function of data collection and data processing analysis, to put forward reasonable planning and allocate resources, and use the Objective-C development language and development tools like Xcode to develop a simple version with initial implementation functions. With the research on the usage of the RFID in the e-commerce business logistics, this paper puts forward the idea of combining mobile app with RFID.
