With the development of China Economic, there have been many private companies. The growth of these private companies make great contributions to the economic development in China. When the private companies grow bigger, some management issues occur. With today's globalization, there is no doubt that this will hinder the development of these companies. Therefore, it is very critical to standardize and enhance the management of the company. The most critical among all is how to improve the human resource management.Human resource management is management behavior through a serial of activities including planning, organization, leadership, control and harmony. Human resource management can help to reach the company development target.The article focuses on the study of the performance evaluation management of TKT company. The article first introduces some theory knowledge concerning performance management including performance, performance management , performance evaluation, performance evaluation process and the usual methods for performance evaluation. Then, the article introduces the industry environment of the company, with some background information of TKT company such as its organization and the current evaluation system. Next, based on the analysis of the above, we come up with a new performance evaluation system for the company at the end of the article.The article adopts the theory and practice combination research approaches, follows the format of"identify the problem","analyze the problem"and"resolve the problem". Through the study on the performance evaluation theory and research the current human resource situation of TKT company, the article identifies the constraints of the company in performance evaluation management and come up with a practical performance evaluation system.
