The Research To Project Communication Management Of XX Aerospace Enterprise

Along with the fiercer and fiercer competition in military industry, the clients’ requirements to products, such as quality, prices, leading time etc, is continuously increasing. Especially under the effect of current international political situation, the first task in priority for military industry is to meet the national demands, ensure timing completion of manufacturing tasks and increase integrated efficiency and profit margin. Under the pressures of massive manufacturing tasks, higher quality standards, shorter delivery times and prominent price competitiveness, XX factory failed to achieve satisfying result in the process of project implementation due to different causes, one of which is incorrect project communication management. In order to improve the level of project management and ensure the fulfillment of the planning targets, the author therefore specializes in the research of the issue.Firstly, aimed at the project communication management, the dissertation defines and analyzes13categories of prominent problems existing in XX factory by means of cases analysis, experts consultation, questionnaire etc, and finds out the in-depth reasons from the aspects of communication planning, communication management and communication controlling. Secondly, based on the theories of project communication management and the basic models of communication process, this dissertation identifies the relevant influencing factors as analysis framework, and consequently establishes a communication management model that is suitable for the management of aerospace projects combining with XX factory’s own characteristics. Finally, the dissertation applies its communication management model and processing model to XX factory’s concrete project, and successfully testifies these models’ effectiveness.Starting from the overall knowledge system concerning project communication management, this dissertation establishes a communication management model that is suitable for XX factory’s projects, and accordingly supplies an effective method for the increasing of project communication management, meanwhile, it is also significant for reference for other types of projects.
