With the improving of China’s economic and social development, residents’health awareness is also growing. In addition, China’s aging population growth andurbanization also causes the profound change of disease, and diversity residents’medical consumption levels and depth, both in quantity and in quality have higherrequirements than before. The medical institutions at present in China, on the otherhand, the overall level of medical equipment configuration is still relatively low, theirupgrading process is a process of demand release. Under steady market demand andChina’s economic development background, China’s medical device market is huge,and medical device manufacturing industry will enter a stage of rapid development.But also to strengthen the supervision of medical device manufacturers, such as in2014the state promulgated a new "Production Supervision and Administration ofMedical Devices" and many other laws and regulations. Therefore, there is a hugefuture market development opportunities, at the same time the competition will bemore intense in the medical device manufacturing enterprise, and the production andoperation of enterprises in strategic management will continue to face new challenges.How to stand out in market full of many competitors and achieve long-termsustainable development is an important issue to consider by any medical devicemanufacturing enterprise. Jilin province Zichen photoelectric technology co., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as Zichen photoelectric company) is small and medium-sizedhigh-tech private enterprises, is specialized in researching and developing of medicalequipment. the Main production is clinical inspection equipment, etc. Zichenphotoelectric company set up15years while the company scale, the expansion ofbusiness, etc, has obtained certain achievements, but overall, at present, the companyis in the bottleneck of development period, are face many problem, the company hasan urgent need to improve their competitive strategy to achieve further development. This article is based on the above background, carried out on Zichen photoelectriccompany’s competitive strategy, in order to achieve the company’s corecompetitiveness and enhance market share and achieve long-term strategic goals ofsustainable development. The full text is divided into four parts, the first part is anintroduction, starting with the background and significance of this paper, thenintroduces the research methods used in this paper and the entire article framestructure. The second part is Zichen photoelectric company management situation andproblem analysis, including related business profile of the company and theintroduction of core product, the problems existing in the company and the reasonanalysis.
