Since the reform and opening up,China's medical device industry has developed at a high speed,and the medical device technology service industry has also been developing continuously.The market prospect is broad,and the competition in the industry has become increasingly fierce.This paper systematically studies the market competition strategy of F Medical Device Technology Service Co.,Ltd.through the analysis of relevant competition strategy theory.The research in this paper has achieved the following results:Systematic analysis and combing of China's medical device technology service industry environment and competition strategy theory laid the theoretical foundation for F medical device technology service company's competitive strategy proposal and competitive strategy plan selection.Through the PEST and Porter Five Forces models,the external development environment of F Medical Device Technology Service Co.,Ltd.was analyzed,and the EFE matrix was established to provide F Medical Device Technology Service Co.,Ltd.with the choice of competitive strategic solutions under consideration of external environmental conditions.Guarantee.Through the value chain,the internal environment of F Medical Device Technology Service Co.,Ltd.is sorted out,and combined with F's existing competitive strategy and comprehensive analysis of existing problems,the IFE matrix is established.The favorable and unfavorable factors of the three competitive strategies were analyzed separately,and the QSPM matrix was established.It was concluded that F Medical Device Technology Services Co.,Ltd.chose to use the differentiated strategy as the competitive strategy of the enterprise.F Medical Device Technology Service Co.,Ltd.was proposed to implement the differentiation strategy from three aspects: total quality management,rapid response mechanism and off-site service.
