Because of the fast development of communication industry and4G network, as well as the booming of the distribution of online business, the traditional distribution vendors are facing some severe challenges from o nline business, direct sales mode and Centralized purchasing from carrier. Meanwhile, due to the competition among channel vendors the huge profi ts got from the prices difference can not exist in the long run. As one of m obile phone distribution channel vendors we need to find a way to develo p business mode and innovation strategy for surviving.This essay starts with the theory of distribution channels and marketi ng as well as clearly explains the concepts, types and compositions of dist ribution channels, which is important for analyzing the structure of chann el industry chain and trend of competition later on. Then, the article looks back the theories of marketing and focusing on the Precision marketing a nd hunger marketing. What’s more, this paper systematically reviews the development history of communication industry and mobile phone chann el distributors, illustrates each stage of the communication industry chara cteristics, mobile phone distribution mode, mobile phone channel strategy, and get ready for the business model and strategy of mobile phone chan nel distributors as following discuss.On this basis, the paper introduces the characteristics of the current d evelopment of the mobile phone market under the environment of4G, the change trend of the terminal operator subsidies as well as the industry pat tern and the current situation and future forecast, through the mobile phon c distribution structure of industry chain analysis, mobile phone distributo r wave five forces model analysis, SWOT model analysis defined its own advantages and disadvantages of the mobile phone channel distributors an d core competitiveness.
