As the rapid development of the national economy,mobile phone which was used to be a luxury becomes a popular digital consumer.The sales channel is in charge of the shift from production to consumption and plays a very important role for the manufacture factory,telecom operators,and intermediary business.So a good sales channel determines the market shares of mobile phone.In this passage,Hainan TY Company Limited which is the terminal operating company of China Telecom,is the research object.The whole passage states the basic definition and theory of sales channel and lists the common channel models.Then it describes and analyzes the entire market environment of mobile phone,how to develop the mobile channel in this environment,and divide channel models in different periods.Later it analyzes the entire mobile phone market in Hainan and introduces all types of channels in Hainan.Meanwhile,by the job description of Hainan TY Company Limited,it analyzes the development and direct supply system of Hainan TY Company Limited and it points out the problems when operates the channel models.Finally,for these problems,it suggests related optimization ideas and aims at the development of Hainan TY Company Limited and reference of business development of China Telecom.
