The Intelligent Supply Chain Of IDEFO Model Building And Performance Research

Intelligent supply chain is the future development direction of the supply chain. It can integrate the industry’s resources and sharing between enterprises, expanding enterprises’profit and market competitiveness. We should establish an mode of intelligent supply chain, which adapted to the industrial structure in Chain. This paper mainly analyzes the existing shortcomings in the course of supply chain management in our country, and establishes an intelligent supply chain. Then the paper builds a set performance evaluation model of intelligent supply chain through the factor analysis and the analytic hierarchy process. The evolutional indexes contain supply chain consciousness, planning, procurement, flexible, intelligent. This article research the enterprises’performance of intelligent supply chain in9cities from6industries in China through questionnaire. The study found the average performance level of the intelligent supply chain in China is low. Many enterprises have the consciousness of supply chain management, but most of they are not familiar with the intelligent supply chain management. In the research, the level in automobile and manufacturing, medicine is higher than the average level in China, but the level in the logistics and agriculture, fast good is lower. The higher level’s industries have a higher entry barrier, and have an economic size. Market segmentation make the enterprises contact closely. But the lower level’s industries have a lower entry barrier, and enterprise scale is uneven. Especially in fast good the low price and low brand loyalty make managers pay attention to the production and ignore the communication between enterprises.Finally this paper gives some ideas to improve the performance level in the macroscopic and microscopic aspects. On the macroscopic side, we should establish the intelligent supply chain association, set up special fund and talent team for intelligent supply chain, and build a scientific and reasonable mechanism of intelligent supply chain performance evaluation. On the microscopic side, we should play the guiding role of the core enterprise, seek strategic cooperation partners for intelligent supply chain, strengthen the logistics management and the application of modern information technology, and build the information sharing mechanism and customer relationship management system.
