Study On Intelligent Operation Mode Optimization Of Fresh Agricultural Supply Chain Platform

The supply chain of traditional fresh agricultural products generally has problems such as high cost,large loss and poor connection of each link,leading to prominent information island phenomenon,limited benefit and efficiency improvement and high operation cost of the supply chain system.With the rise of "Internet+" in all walks of life and the emergence of emerging technologies,more and more scholars and fresh agricultural product-related business enterprises will solve the problem of fresh agricultural supply chain platform and intelligent innovation.Paper based on the platform of economic theory and the theory of digital economy,adopts the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of fresh agricultural products in the industry supply chain platform of the intelligent degree evaluation and analysis,first of all to our country’s first nationwide fresh supply chain platform "Kyushu fresh brothers union" as a case,analyzes the enterprise successful key factors and advantages of establishing supply chain platform.The internal mechanism of its operation mode is analyzed,and then the problems that are difficult to solve are summarized,and the operation model of typical fresh agricultural supply chain enterprises in the industry is summarized and analyzed.Secondly,AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to quantitatively analyze the intelligence degree of the supply chain platform in the fresh agricultural products industry,and the analysis results are combined with the conclusion of the case as the basis for the subsequent optimization of the operation mode of the intelligent supply chain platform.In fresh agricultural products supply chain of the whole process of intelligent construction,separately from the agricultural production and processing,product procurement,in road transport,warehousing and distribution five points in the intelligent operation mode are analyzed and planning,and then each links together for the whole intelligent building the model of supply chain platform.A new model of B2B2 C whole link intelligent supply chain platform for fresh agricultural products was proposed.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are given from six aspects,such as solving the development differences between the east and the west and promoting the popularization of intelligent information for farmers,in order to provide new ideas and references for the intelligent operation and implementation of fresh agricultural supply chain platform.
