All of these limit the development and service capabilities of village bank. So the village banks are quasi policy banks in some degree from the government to promote rural banks to limit the scope of business and property in terms of village banks.Since the first village bank was founded in Beijing in2008, Beijing has given birth to10village banks. After6years of development, Village bank in Beijing area, adhere to the agriculture and small enterprises, has become the scale, service gradually with the characteristics of small community banks, a service for agriculture and support small enterprises in the new force, it also has become an important part of the rural financial service system of Beijing.The village bank located in Beijing area is more developed economies, its development is faced with many specific problems, such as the Beijing area unique rural financial ecological environment, intense competition in the banking industry structure. Of course, the development of village banks in Beijing area with the other village banks in china, is also facing the same problems, such as lack of policy support, the sources of credit funds, capital strength is weak, less set up a short time.This paper focused on the investigation of Beijing Da xing Jiu Yin village bank, analysis the bank from two aspects of internal and external factors which were found existing in business development. On this basis, combined with the common problems existing in the development of other village banks in Beijing. Put forward some Suggestions to the development of village banks in Beijing.
