Research On The Business Model Of China Health Examination In Mobile Internet Environment

With the development of mobile internet technology, the business model of traditional industry has been changed. People pay more attention to their health condition, so that the health examination industry in China has shown a good momentum of development. However, at present the business model of health examination in our country is relatively single, most medical institutions only provide simple physical examination without health management for customers, and they haven’t used the mobile internet technology to expand into new markets either. Although the development of health examination industry is fast, they still not find their own business model. Under this background, the exploration and research of health examination business model in mobile internet environment has urgent and realistic significance.The thesis aims to research on the health examination business model in mobile internet environment of China, based on the mobile internet theory, business model theory and so on. First of all, by anglicizing of mobile internet theory, business model theory and the study of literature, this thesis lays the theoretical foundation; furthermore, on the basis of researching of mobile internet business model, this thesis compares the traditional model of health examination with health examination business model in mobile internet environment, and through the analysis of iKang, this thesis looks for the problems of China’s health examination model, explores the advantages of mobile internet business model, finally, combined with China’s economic environment, market environment, legal environment and the healthy industry environment, this thesis puts forward suggestions and proposals on the future construction and development of China’s healthy industry.Through the research, the author considers that, the traditional business model of health examination in China has a lot of problems, such as unitary service, lack of health management, and so on, it’s unable to meet the market demand. But the business model of mobile internet has a lot of advantages, such as accurate, fast, precise, and personal, it is more and more favored by the market, so that it will be the future direction of the development of healthy industry in china.
