Study Of The Interaction Between The Optimization Of The Industrial Structure And The Regional Logistics Capability Under The New Urbanization Background Of Shanxi Province

With the promotion of new urbanization in our country, thetransformation and upgrading of industrial structure has become a majortheme of the social and economic development."The12th Five-Year-Planof the national economy and social development in Shanxi Province" hasclearly put forward requirements of the strategy on the construction of themodern logistics center and production services. The PopulationAgglomeration and industry agglomeration driven by the new urbanconstruction provide superior resources for Industry Structure Evolution,and also increase the demand of regional logistics. In effect, there isstrong link between the industrial structure and regional logistics. Takingthe view of Shanxi province and considering its actual situation, on onehand, the regional develop mode formed by simple industrial structureand main dependent on natural resource remains obstructing and limitingthe further construction of Shanxi local logistics system; on the otherhand, the capacity of Shanxi local logistics system is still effected byconflicting supply-demand structure and under-developed technique, sothat it can hardly suppose this industrial structure. Thus it is of greatimportance to study the interact of Shanxi industrial structure and locallogistics system capacity, further to promote their level and theurbanization of Shanxi province.This article has made a definition on local logistics system capacityand industrial structuralization grounding on the industrial and regionaleconomic situation, and logistics system theory during the period ofShanxi new urbanization. According to analyzing the figure from1999to 2013, some problems have cleared out. The method of normative analysishas been used to find out their interaction. Based on the data, principalcomponent analysis, unit root test, cointegration test, Granger causalitytest, impulse response of Grainger function and error correction modelhas been used to measure the state of their interaction and stability,Grainger causal relationship and the short-term fluctuation.The innovation of this paper lies in: it views from the newurbanization theory to expound the concept of the sustainabledevelopment of the industrial structure and enrich the connotation ofindustrial structure optimization; the econometric cointegration test,Granger causality test and pulse Grainger has been adopted to analyze theinteractive relationship between industrial structure optimization and theability of regional logistics response function methodAccording to my study, this paper has put up the problems on theoptimization of Shanxi the industrial structure and the construction ofregional logistics capability, then concluded the interactive relationshipbetween the new urbanization in Shanxi based on the background of theoptimization of industrial structure and regional logistics capability,further more relevant policy suggestion has been provided to supportfuture decisions on optimizing the industrial structure, promoting regionallogistics the ability. Also it is meaningful on helping to enrich the existingtheory, optimize the industrial structure, enhance the level and ability ofregional logistics, and promote the construction of new urbanizationtheoretically and practically.
