Research On Sustainable Development Strategy Of The Company Of Huozhou Coal Group

Abstract:The Company of Huozhou Coal Group is an important coal enterprise, in recent years; the coal market was facing a lot of problems, which included coal prices and sales decline and high inventory and payment difficulties, etc. The group how to walk out of a resource conservation and production intensive road of sustainable development was an important problem t in the background.In this paper, the actual situations of group were combined with the theory of sustainable development, resource economics theory and ecological economic theory and other related theory, and analyzed the various problems in the development of the Group, and how to get out of the current development predicament and the revitalization of the group economy were researched based on sustainable development strategy. The dissertation discussed the development status of the group, and the system model was constructed for sustainable development of the Group, and the Group’s internal and external environment were analyzed using the method of strategic analysis and system development based on the concept of sustainable development, and the pattern of sustainable development of the group was given. According to the strategy of sustainable development, the paper established several models of group sustainable development. The path selection of sustainable development model and the implementation of specific countermeasures and suggestions were described in this paper in group according to the reality of the group, the research of this thesis had the important guiding significance to the management decision-making and development planning group, and it also had practical value for the adjustment of industrial structure and improving the technological level and promoting the transformation of development mode.
