Directly affect the reasonableness of compensation management system to staff motivation and initiative, but also directly affect production costs, and ultimately affect the level of performance of enterprises. How to create and adapt to the modern enterprise compensation management system to ensure that strategic goals of enterprise development is the decision problem faced by every business. Theoretical significance:This study can add to the rich pay satisfaction with the development of the theory of new content, the specific remuneration of employees satisfaction survey launched, can play a positive significance for the Guangdong Dragon Jane Employee Compensation Design. Significance:The agribusiness employee pay satisfaction research in favor of specific, comprehensive understanding of the status of the employees salary satisfaction, the main factors and related countermeasures to increase pay satisfaction, thus contributing to employee pay satisfaction agribusiness upgrade issues resolved.
