Study On Interaction Between Industrial Structure And Land Use Structure

Economic development based on adjustment and optimization of industry structure,only if land use structure timely give feedback for the requirements that adjustment and optimization of Industry structure makes can it help industry development,so they go hand in hand with each other. Industry structure has decisive effect especially on the regional land use type and degree,and land use can restrain adjustment and optimization of industry structure, Therefore, it must combine with two elements about industry and land for comprehensive consideration to realize adjustment of industry structure adjustment and land use optimization. Aiming at some reality conditions in Nujiang,such as backward economic development,fragile ecological environment and geographically remote area,so industry structure upgrade become reasonable and effective way for resolving development issues. The "industry-land" of Nujiang as a whole, intensive studying on the interaction in the system between industry structure and land use structure, not only can reflect the economic development of Nujiang, but also understand the intrinsic relationship between industry development and land use issues. Through the analysis can not only provide the theoretical support for the industry development strategy and the rational allocation of land resource in Nujiang, but also it has profoundly practical significance for promoting the economic development,escaping poverty and making rational use of resources in Nujiang.Firstly,this paper analyses the theory for the relationship between industry structure and land use structure for laying the foundation of the quantitative analysis below.Then through collecting relevant data of Nujiang(1996-2013) about industry and land use,it do statistical analysis for the relevant data of industry and land use in order to reflect the status of research and development of Nujiang. Combining industry and the corresponding industry land, this paper study on a land-use status classification based on industry on the basic of the existing land use types and get the evolutionary process of the industrial land use structure of Nujiang;study on the interactive relationship between industry structure and land use structure by using the Granger causality test model,and explain the interactive relationship with the analytical data; forecast the industrial output values by using grey forecasting model and make reasonable suggestions for adjustment and of industry structure and the rational allocation of land resource with Nujiang industry development planning. Through the above analysis, the main conclusions were as follows:1.In the study period, industry structure of Nujiang changes continuously,but still have problems of industry development,such as the foundation of primary industry is weak,the development of secondary industry is not enough, the starting of tertiary industry is relatively late.2.Due to the development level of thrice Industrial is relatively low, large numbers of laborers can be transferred.3.There are the characters of industrial land in Nujiang:primary industry land accounts for most of the state land about81%; followed by the reserve industry land, the proportion is about18%;the land for secondary industry and tertiary industry accounts for the tiny part of the land use type in Nujiang, the area of state area is the sum of the proportion of less than3%.4. Adjustment of industry structure exists the interaction with land use structure.5.In the future,Nujiang will form the industrial layout—tertiary industry is aleading role secondary industry is auxiliary,primary industry is a foundation.
