Study On Cross Culture Management Of Chinese Enterprise

With the development of economy and society of our country, enterprises are more and more internationalized, which makes enterprises transnational operation need quick development. In transnational business, our enterprises are in a diverse and heterogeneous culture. Especially in the economic exchange with western developed countries, cultural differences are eminent, even cultural conflicts are not uncommon. This thesis discusses from four aspects: the performance and reasons of intercultural conflicts, cultural conflicts and countermeasures in enterprises transnational operation, present situation and problems of Chinese large transnational enterprises in transnational operations, suggestions on optimizing cross cultural management for our country’s transnational enterprise.
