With the development of economy globalization, international business is becoming an essential choice for the development of enterprise. Facing the situation of World economic integration, many domestic enterprises are going aboard participate in global trading for broader development. However, there are culture conflicts and challenges in the process of doing business and some international enterprises cannot adapt themselves to culture difference. Culture difference plays a very important role in international business management.The five Central Asia countries are appreciative because of inconsistent industrial structure, weak light industry foundation, and high demand of investment and consumption. China border with three of these five countries with 3,100 kilometers boundary, some Chinese enterprises are going into central Asia doing business with the advantages. Nevertheless, some Chinese companies cannot be enhanced because of culture differences, the management model of these Chinese companies is still follow the traditional management ways those cannot adapt the local situation. Chinese enterprises have to focus culture differences and cultural integration in order to success in Central Asia market.This essay analysis the culture difference between China and Central Asia and how the differences affect international trade, besides a Cross-cultural management is considered to research an effective way to achieve cultural integration while trading in Central Asia. Right recognization of cultural differences among five central Asian as well as integration of various culture with great effort significantly contribute to the development of our enterprises in central-Asian market, besides, helping in finding general strategies for the international business of our enterprises.
