Problems And Countermeasures Discussion For Construction Of New Urbanization-a Case Analysis Of Quyuan Management District

A moderate and prosperous society plays a very important role in carrying out strategy of urbanization and pushing economy integration of corresponding development for urban and rural area. Nowadays, Chinese government is confronted with new problem. Different from traditional urbanization, the new urbanization is human being centered, pays highly attention to protecting fundamental interests of famers, developing new agriculture and modernizing agricultural production. New urbanization is of great significance with development for each aspects of rural area and improvement for quality of famer life.In the thesis, with Quyuan Management District study object, analyzing the outstanding examples of new urbanization all over the world, we deeply understand the important to getting urbanization. With acknowledgment for development of other area, comparing the successful experience and deficiency and integrating the research results with actual situation of Ququan Management District. Through comprehensive comparison and analysis, to understand the advantages and shortcomings for the district and based with the advantages and shortcomings, propose according suggestion and solution to promote the new urbanization of Quyuan Management District.This thesis is made up of five chapters. The first chapter provides an overview, introducing the research background, explanation for significance, brief summary for research content, study method and innovation. The second chapter mainly describe the new urbanization theory and compare and analyze the difference for the new content and characteristics. The third chapter described the development situation for Quyuan Management. Through the overview for historic background, emphasize the current status of development to highlight the improvement results. However, there is a variety of deficiency rooted in the district. The fourth chapter focuses on the solution to the problems occurring in the new urbanization for Quyuan Management District. The fifth chapter lists the three domestic new urbanization successful models, analyzing its worthful points. The sixth chapter emphasizes the problems, proposing some suggestions in combining the successful experience with actual situation. The last chapter, making a summary, shows a beautiful expectation for a better life.
