With the scientific development concept deeply rooted in daily life, the development of low-carbon economy and building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society is increasingly becoming the regional economic development objectives pursued. Jiangxi Province in the analysis of spatial and temporal differences in carbon emissions, based on the characteristics of the entire local control carbon emissions, targeted the proposed energy saving measures and the use of low-carbon economic development in Jiangxi Province has very important significance.Numerous studies have demonstrated that global climate change and extreme weather have a big relationship between greenhouse gas emissions. Wherein, CO2 emissions constitute the main part of the greenhouse gases. Mainly due to the increase of greenhouse gases from fossil fuel consumption caused by a large number of CO2 emissions. Therefore, the primary way to reduce the greenhouse effect is to reduce carbon emissions. Papers in the data base of literature data collection and collation of domestic and foreign studies on carbon emissions, carbon emissions calculation method is widely used at home and abroad and factors influencing the decomposition analysis are summarized in order, thereby to construct the measurement methods and analytical models of this article. This paper is in the collection of a large number of literature data and collating information on the basis of domestic and foreign research on carbon emissions, carbon emissions calculation methods and factors affecting domestic and widely used methods summarized decomposition analysis, calculation methods and analytical models constructed in this paper. This article divides the fossil fuel which affected carbon dioxide emissions into coal, coke, gasoline, kerosene, diesel, fuel oil, liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas. Cement, carbon dioxide, lime, calcium carbide and steel industry accounts for all emissions of carbon dioxide production process produces the vast majority of industries, including cement industry accounted for 56.8%, the cement industry carbon dioxide emissions to be included in the calculation of carbon dioxide emissions. There are nine indicators optimize the calculation of carbon dioxide emissions. Accordingly, the paper accounts the 11 provincial cities in Jiangxi carbon emissions from 2003 to 2012. In addition, combining the characteristics of the geographic area of Jiangxi Province, to the north of Jiangxi, the middle of Jiangxi, the north of Jiangxi these three regions for the study, and analysis to estimate carbon emissions. From the results obtained in Jiangxi carbon emissions per capita carbon emissions, carbon intensity and elasticity aspects analyzed separately. On this basis, and decoupling analysis and spatial analysis of the Jiangxi carbon emissions. The following conclusions:(1) the total amount of carbon emissions from Jiangxi Province, the total value of the overall higher carbon emissions. Economic development in Jiangxi Province has not fundamentally changed the way the extensive growth of Jiangxi high input, high consumption, energy saving tasks urgent Jiangxi Province.(2) In the decade 2003-2012, Jiangxi Province in a weak overall carbon emissions decoupled decoupled state.Based on the above analysis, use the panel data and STIRPAT model, based on the geographical division of the south of Jiangxi, the middle of Jiangxi, the north of Jiangxi, explore the influence of Jiangxi carbon pattern in the fields of population size, economic growth, technological level(energy intensity), and propose some reduction proposals.
