With the accelerating process of economic globalization, the fulfillment of more social responsibility has becoming a common requirement of global enterprises, and has received the extensive attention from the international community; And the implementation of the charity action became a new way and the important content and channel to fulfil the social responsibility of many enterprises. But in recent years, with our philanthropy has achieved certain development, at the same time, the society also has frequently appeared various enterprise moral absent events, which greatly affected the development of philanthropy and people’s charity enthusiasm. Therefore, the role of leader has a direct impact on the charitable social responsibility implement of enterprises, and also begin to receive people’s concerns; Then the ethical leadership also gets the more favor of the academic and practical circles. Based on this theory and reality background, this study focuses on the impact of ethical leadership to employee charitable behavior, and the intermediary role of organizational ethical climate.Based on the research of previous literature achievements, this study adopts the literature review method to carry out a detailed analysis and summary of the concept and dimensions structure of ethic leadership, employee charitable behavior and organizational ethical climate. For the measurement of each variable, this study adopts the questionnaire survey method and data analysis method, and makes the initial questionnaire through the reference of domestic and foreign mature Scale and suggestions of relevant experts. Then based on the analysis of Chinese employees’ real and effective data, we make a revise of the initial questionnaire to form the formal questionnaire. In the formal data analysis, the study obtained 312 valid sample data, and tested the formal questionnaire has good reliability and validity of the structure, and combined with various effective analysis methods, we obtained the following conclusion:(1)The ethical leadership is divided into the five dimension structure, including the people-oriented, taking ethic action, formulating ethical standards, enhancing ethical awareness, implementing ethical decision. The staff charitable behavior isdivided into two dimension structures, including the completely altruistic charity action and the self-serving charity action. And there are four dimensions including taking ethic action, formulating ethical standards, enhancing ethical awareness,implementing ethical decision, which all have a significant positive impact on the two dimensions of employee charitable behavior.(2)There are four dimensions including people-oriented, taking ethic action,formulating ethical standards, implementing ethical decision, which have a significant positive impact on the organizational ethical climate.(3)The organizational ethical atmosphere has a significant positive impact on the two dimensions(the completely altruistic charity action and the self-serving charity action) of the employee charitable behavior.(4)The organizational ethical atmosphere plays a partial intermediary role in the affecting process from taking ethic action and formulating ethical standards to the two dimensions of employee charity action; and the organizational ethical climate plays a entirely intermediary role in the affecting process from implementing ethical decision dimension to employee completely altruistic charity action dimension.After the analysis and research, this study has clearly defined the effect process of ethical leadership on employees’ charity action, and has built an influencing path model with the organizational ethical atmosphere be used as an intermediary variable.Then based on the research results, the study put forward the corresponding policy enlightenment for the effect modern enterprise leader. So this study has the certain reference significance for gradually expanding the theoretical research of ethical leadership and improving the instruction of modern enterprise management practice.
