Research On Innovation Network Node Absorptive Capacity Based On Industrial Cluster Upgrading

As the country driven and self growth,China's industrial clusters has gained considerable achievement scale in the competition market environment of globalization.From the global value chain said,most of China's industrial cluster is located in the low-end manufacturing conditions.Therefore,an important trend of China's industrial clusters is the development of sophisticated innovation technology to make the value-added of both ends of the value chain.In the study,we study the upgrading of industrial clusters from the perspective of cluster innovation network node absorptive capacity.The purpose of this paper is to examine and explain how to improve absorptive capacity of the enterprise innovation network node,by the theoretical model and demonstration analysis method,enterprise innovation network node absorptive capacity are researched systematically,and opens up a new perspective for the field of industrial clusters,to help get rid of static research.The concept of innovation network nodes absorptive capacity are put forward from the dynamic point of the process,based on innovation network node absorptive model,it reveals the dimension of innovation network node absorptive capacity,In view of the multi-dimensional characteristics,innovation network node absorptive capacity put forward the measure index system.many existing studies do not seize multidimensional the characteristics of the concept of absorptive capacity,this paper overcomes the defects.Using the survey data to test the relationship between the dimensions of the innovation network node absorbing ability,it reveals the logical relationship between the various dimensions.This paper points out that the absorptive capacity of innovation network nodes is an important factor to promote the upgrading of industrial clusters successfully,analyzes absorptive capacity help upgrade mechanism of success of industrial cluster,This paper reveals different dimension of the innovation network node capacity effect on Industrial Cluster successful upgrade.That is fusion ability is the key ability of absorb the absorptive capacity.Finally,based on the upgrading of industrial clusters,the absorbing ability countermeasure of the innovation network nodes is put forward.Due to the existing research to absorb ability on the lack of further cognition and understanding,in order to explore how to promote the ability of absorbing the promotion,Based on the conclusions drawn from the empirical study,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the absorptive capacity from the aspects of the absorptive capacity what is divided by various dimensions.Countermeasures are proposed from three aspects for each divided dimension.these three aspects are: Middle and high level managers,corporate R & D department and the business department.
