Study On Evaluating Indicator System Of Circulareconomy Of The Energy-consuming Industry In Jiangxi Province

Energy-consuming industry is one of the most important aspects of the industry and its development has brought many problems of the economy, environment,society, resource and so on. In the process of its development, the discharge of waste water, waste gas and solid waste seriously impact our living environment. The noise pollution also affects people’s normal life and consumption of resource is quite huge.The high energy consumption and heavy pollution pattern obstructs the development of the industrial economy. Jiangxi province has many energy-intensive companies that covers electric power, chlor-alkail, cement, chemical, iron and steel, ceramics and non-ferrous metals industries, which plays an important role in the development of industrial economy. The circular economy is a crucial step for rapid development of energy intensive industry in Jiangxi. To establish reasonable evaluation index system of circular economy is imperative for the circular economy. Through the evaluation index system, we can objectively evaluate the present situation of circular economy and make reasonable industry development strategy.In this paper, we study the Jiangxi energy-intensive industry which belongs to the typical “high energy consumption, high pollution” industry. In the process of the whole production activities, the environment pollution is very serious. Through consulting relevant data and documents, the article first summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of evaluation index system of circular economy development and expounds the present situation of circular economy. Then, it simply summarizes the theoretical basis for developing circular economy which includes the clean production theory and ecological theory. Then this paper analyzes the development status and problems of energy intensive industry in Jiangxi province, and put its constraints from system, policy and technical. In the building of evaluation index system, the paper points out the concept, significance and principle of the evaluation index system. It uses main composition and independence analysis to select appropriate indicators of circular economy. The paper provides the basis forenterprises and government to make decisions. In the application part, we collect data and use the main composition analysis to evaluate development level of circular economy and point out better direction for the development of industry.
