Study On Facility Operation Outsourcing Management In BC Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation

Nowadays social division of labor is increasingly clear, more and more business has been done by outsourcing. Through outsourcing business, many business enterprises hope to reduce operational risk and cost by outsourcing enterprises who have professional technology and advantage of low cost. But the method of outsourcing could not guarantee that we can achieve the aim. So the enterprise, in the process of outsourcing business, should carefully make the decision of which business can be outsourced.This article selects the domestic IC industry in chip manufacturing enterprises as the research object and defines the scope of the study on facility operations. Through studying of the theory of outsourcing and the characteristics of the chip manufacturing facility operations, it summed up the outsourcing decision model of facility operations from the aspects of the business time, the degree of marketization and the importance of resources required in domestic chip manufacturers.At the same time, this model is applied to the BC chip manufacturing company to analyze of the internal and external factors of the facility operations. According to the problems of current outsourcing decision in the facility operations, outsourcing management is discussed and improved.Hope that the research result could be helpful for facility operations outsourcing decision-making and management and would give the reference to future studies.
