Research On The Synergistic Simulation Of Inland&Marine Economy In China

With the planning of China’s coastal areas development rising to nationalstrategy, marine economy has gotten more and more attention. However, it was notentirely mutually reinforcing relationship between land economy and marineeconomy. The development and utilization between land and marine have a certaincontradiction, and must be balanced to realize the balanced development of land andmarine economy. Therefore, it’s necessary to comprehensively assess the degree ofcoordinated development of land and marine economy and further provide the basisfor reasonable policies. Based on the investigation of the current situation and existingproblems of the development of land and marine economy in China’s coastal areas,this paper uses a variety of models and methods to analyze the coordinateddevelopment relations between land and marine economy in China, and carry outcomputer simulation based on the ideology of C3I system. Finally put forward theoverall plan for developing land and sea economy. Main research contents are asfollows:First, after combed the domestic and foreign application of synergetics theoryand method of development and coordinated development of sea economy, the paperclarified the sea economic cooperation of several important concepts and relatedtheoretical basis;Second, linear regression, Granger test and methods of grey correlation degreeanalysis were used to preliminary demonstrates the relationship of land-sea economyin our country, and analyzes the coastal sea of11provinces and cities economydevelopment present situation and gives the corresponding classification.At the sametime, some problems of the analysis of the current our country sea economy wereanalyzed in order to the targeted researchThird, on the basis of the above constructs the land, sea and in coastal regionseconomy orderly degree evaluation index system, the paper has selected the datafrom the year2002to2010to evaluate the ordering the development of Land economy and the sea economy in coastal areas of our country,and analyzed of thevariation of ordering of land-sea economy;After getting the ordering level,paperconstructed a land-sea collaborative development model, and studied thecollaborative relationships between lan-sea economic by analyzing order parameterequation of equilibrium solutions; In addition, through the coordination degree modelto calculate the nearly8years’ coordination degree of land-sea economic evelopmentin coastal areas of China, and provides a quantitative reference to the overallplanning on land-sea collaborative development model.Fourthly, research of simulation has been made on the collaborative ofmarine-inland economic of our country based on the idea of C3I system,andsimulates the operation of the process of our country land, sea and economic underthe C3I system.Finally, based on the description of the status quo and analysis of the model, wemade recommendations for the coastal land and sea integrated development strategyin China from ideology, reform system and industrial clusters, basic security,multi-level emerging industry, ecological civilization in six aspects.
