With the development of economic globalization, Chinese express delivery developed rapidly, and the market competition is more intense. The human resources gradually become the key factor to decide the success or failure of the enterprise. It has a vital role to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and the enterprise level of service of absorbing talents. Human potential is dependent on the incentive mechanism of enterprises. However, due to the constraints of China’s economic development level and ideas, most enterprises ignore the incentive system, they paid little attention to the staffs enthusiasm and the potential, and then it affected the further development of enterprises. Therefore, it will be imperative to establish EMS scientific and rational, effective incentive system.In this paper, it makes the incentive system of Hegang Courier Post Office as the research content. It summarizes the Hegang postal express incentive system reform of history status and development. And it makes further analysis of the Hegang Post Courier Office incentive system problems. On this basis, the influence factors of Hegang Courier Post Office incentive system can be listed by weight analysis method.
