| In this thesis, a theory of establishment of a management system for mental health status control of enployees in operation department in grid enterprises based on EAP(Employee Assistance Program) theories has been raised for the first time. This new system has been established by using applied psychology into management of orgazition behavior in enterprise on a basis of a deep understanding of working rules and regulations, working environment and procedure, enterprise culture and the particularity in grid enterprises. Meanwhile, an organizing goal of an EAP system has been set up based on short-term and long-term development strategy of a grid enterprise after interviewing their managers. By means of questionnaire and on-site interview, an investigation has been conducted among enployees in operation department in a grid enterprise on items of living status, pressure status, pressure management, mental health status, need for EAP, followed by some strategy and implementation suggestions. By combining EAP theory and the status quo, enterprise culture, enterprise strategy, a mental health status control system consisted of a mental health file system, a 24-hour "heart to heart" hotline, a consulting platform, a mental health education system, a series of social activity plan, a crisis intervention system, a "XinXin"online mental health platform and a happiness building system, has been proposed to be established in order to provide to employees in operation department in grid enterprises with a consecutive following-up service of mental health care. This EAP system has been proved to have met the goal of raising the enterprise competitive power with an improved employee and organization relationship, a dynamic culture system and a sense of enterprise happiness through improving employee’s mental health status. |
