With the arrival of the new economic era,social competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and commercial banks have undergone profound and drastic changes under the impact of the vigorous development of financial technology.Commercial banks must constantly make iterative transformation to cope with fierce competition.Employees of commercial banks should not only face the internal and external pressures and risks of the organization,but also do a good job in efficient and high-quality services,and the pressure on employees is also increasing.After investigation,commercial banks realized that the evolution of stress has affected employees' physical and mental health,labor relations and organizational performance.Under this background,commercial banks must find a way to break through the stress crisis as soon as possible,and it is necessary to carry out effective stress management.Employee Assistance Programs(EAP)can not only help employees relieve physical and mental stress,but also help enterprises to operate efficiently.Therefore,commercial banks can consider building EAP.This paper takes GZJT Bank as the research object,and begins with a description of the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,and research ideas and methods.The second chapter is based on the theories of stress management,human-centered management and psychological capital,combing the basic theories applicable to the construction of EAP in commercial banks.The third chapter expounds the current situation and problems of the existing staff care in commercial banks and points out the necessity of applying EAP to commercial banks.The fourth chapter investigates and grasps the mental and physical status of employees of GZJT Bank and the degree of demand for EAP services,explores the motive conditions for construction and points out potential problems,laying the foundation for the next research.The fifth chapter focuses on the EAP construction of GZJT Bank,including the construction purpose,implementation process,horizontal and vertical content design,and the sixth chapter focuses on the evaluation and guarantee mechanism of the application of EAP.Starting from the characteristics of commercial banks and combining with the characteristics of EAP theory,this paper constructs an effective,systematic and sustained physical and mental health support system in GZJT Bank,hoping that commercial banks can find a suitable way to promote the relationship between organizations and employees through this study,while enriching and expanding the relevant research of EAP to a certain extent,and playing a certain reference and reference role for perfecting the psychological assistance of employees in this industry.
