Stress and crisis are all around us in the modern society. Many companies work overtime, or even 24 hours of endless high-intensity running, and the companies do not allow them to have nap or negligence, so the pressure and anxiety is increasing. In the high level of stress situation, the health of employees is in danger that shows“death from overwork” and “suicide”. Therefore, employees' health must be integrated into core strategic which the company's future Some domestic and foreign enterprises use EAP to solve mental health problems of employees. VT company experienced organizational change, restructuring layoffs and position adjustment,these cause employees' psychological pressure increases and lack of workplace happiness. In the situation, VT company needs EAP that help employees to solve mental problems, So that employees would regain happiness and improve work efficiency. In this paper, VT employees as the research object to study the EAP effects of physical and mental health. The study adapts method of combining EAP theoretical research and case analysis. Through the EAP theory and literature review,Selected core EAP theory, import procedures and import feature. Based on the VT development background, environmental organizations and pressure source of employees, VT formulate the mixed mode for promoting EAP services, and set propaganda, training and advisory system.Through questionnaires and data comparison between the employees metal changes that before and after the implementation of EAP services The result shows that EAP services have a positive impact on the mental health of employees,Employees psychological pressure decline. EAP have promoted and implemented by nearly a year, more and more staffs accept EAP services, which indicates that the staffs recognize effectiveness of the EAP service. From the results of workplace performance, EAP services has improved life satisfaction and job commitment,promote employees decreased to absent-minded work, work absenteeism and the degree of distress. Thus, EAP is an effective way to improve the quality of life, EAP is an effective way to improve the quality of life, it can help employees solve the mental problems from work and life, relive the work pressure and improve employee health.
