Management research and practice prove that both at home and abroad, performance management is an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on human resources development, management theory and human resource performance management theory, Beijing Shi San Ling storage power plant production team management as breakthrough point, this paper, firstly, made some anatomical analysis under the background of traditional production mode in the energy storage enterprise such as long personnel training cycle,narrow range of professional knowledge, lack of a sense of "impending doom", employee career development paths blocked, simple means of assessment incentives; And then introduces the corporate sector, job settings, and job responsibilities of each position and business division under the integrated management mode. Take operation and maintenance department for example, we will establish a new system and streamline work processes, meanwhile, based on that unblocked employee career development paths, establishing a employee training system and talent recruit system, at the same time perfect a performance, salary incentive system, so that team culture will be gradually formed and the level of equipment management will be improved.The integration of operation and maintenance mode breaks the professional barriers in traditional management mode, broadens the knowledge of employees and improves employees’ comprehensive quality significantly.
