| It is very essential to select the appropriate development strategy for the enterprise development. Currently, facing an industry-wide impact brought by the government’s continuous strengthening regulation in the real estate industry and a great opportunity brought by urbanization, as well as further intensified competition in the real estate industry, the domestic real estate enterprises stand at a crossroads of strategic transformation. Under changeable situations, domestic small and medium-sized state-owned real estate enterprises have to decide how to avoid risks effectively in the future, and how to seize the transient opportunities in order to set out on a path of sustainable development during strategic development layout.Based on the study of ZG Real Estate Development Group and combined with theoretical knowledge about business development strategy, this paper systematically analyses various factors that affect strategic development of ZG Real Estate Development Group. Based on the relevant analytical methods and tools, ZG Real Estate Development Group’s development strategy is further studied and discussed.This paper adopts literature review and empirical analysis. Basing on a variety of business strategic management analytical methods, this paper conducts a comprehensive and objective analysis and research by qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, field research, interviews and so on. Through extensive research and analysis, i put forward specific ideas and suggestions on ZG Real Estate Development Group’s development strategy. Finally, I hope the proposed strategy will have a truly effective guidance on the next development stage of ZG Real Estate Development Group, and will serve as reference for the strategic transformation of similar enterprises in the real estate industry. |
