Since the subprime mortgage crisis happened in the United States in 2007,the economy of all the countries in the world has been in a recession.As an important engine of the world economic growth,China's economy is also facing the pressure of downward acceleration and into the state of “new normol”.In such economic environment,small and medium-sized real eastate enterprise are suffering the situation:on the one hand,the increase of housing bubbles in the first-tier and second-tier cities has resulted in the increase of regulatory policy and the gradual oligopoly market has led to more difficulty to get land.While the third-tier and fourth-tier are facing greaterpressure on stock because of insufficient effective demand;on the other hand,the supply-size reform,the introduction of two-child policy,the increase of urbanization rate and the development project of regional integration have also provided good developing opportunities for small and medium-size real estate enterprise.Facing the coexistence of threates and opportunities,HD real estate company is in an urgent need to formulate a competition strategy which is in line with its own reality,feasible and adapted to the market development.Based on the related theory of strategic management,this paper studies the developing strategy of HD Real Estate Company.First off all,using the tools of PEST analysis,Potter's five forces model and SWOT analysis,the article analyzes the macro environment,competition environment of HD Real Estate Company and its own environment,and recognizes the existing opportunities and threats,the advantages and disadvantages of its own,as well as the current problems.On the basis of these,the paper puts forward strategic transformation ideas for HD Real Estate Company:concentrating resources,focusing on the Yangze River delta developed areas,implementing specialized strategies,and focusing on the development comfort and improved houses for those who are in an urgent need of houses to live in.This study has drawn a conclusion that HD Real Estate Company should conform the developing trend of the real estate industry,carry out strategic transformation,and provid safeguards through the means of product innovation,marketing improvement,financing channels expansion,strict control of the qulity and cost,enhancement of the level of property services and son.The achievement of this paper not only have certain guiding significance for the sustainable development of HD Real Estate Company,but also can provide some useful reference for other similar small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.
