As the gap between urban and rural areas further widening, The Household Joint Product and Contract Responsibility System has a lot of contradictions with socially product and the requirements of the market economy. However, land privatization or nationalization are not suitable for the reality of China, we must find new forms of the collective ownership of rural land. The Joint-stock Cooperative System of Rural Land of Guangdong and other places along the coast has proved that The Joint-stock Cooperative System of Rural Land has only ease the contradiction between people and land, but also release part of the rural labor force, promote agricultural scale management, greatly improve benefit of the local agricultural management, and narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas to a certain extent.This paper analyzes the factors that influence system performance of the Joint-stock Cooperative System of Rural Land and the relationship between the influence factors and the new Joint-stock Cooperative Economic Organization of Rural Land. Firstly, study the index that influence the performance of the new Joint-stock Cooperative System of Rural Land by theory, and then through the description of the practice of the new Joint-stock Cooperative System of Rural Land in different regions. Summarize causes, main modes and study of the current situation of the new Joint-stock Cooperative of Rural Land. Calculate weight of each index with entropy weight method. Establish the model of the performance the new Joint-stock Cooperative System of Rural Land with comprehensive index method and analysis of the model, and draw a conclusion.Research shows that, The practice of "two Demutualisations and one Reform" in Wenjiang District of Chengdu has brought great economic and social benefits for the local rural and provided practical experience for other areas, but there are also many problems in this process. Such as institutional environment constraints, limited cooperative ownership and labour mobility, the distribution of income to shareholders dependents on government subsidies too much, the relevant laws and policies is not standardized and so on, all of these will hinder the development of the new Joint-stock Cooperative Economic Organization of Rural Land.Finally, according to the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis and the actual situation of the new Joint-stock Cooperative of Rural Land in Wenjiang District, the author put forward policy recommendations to improve the performance of the new Joint-stock Cooperative System of Rural Land...
