Research On The Development And Operation Status Evaluation System Of Power Grid Of The Municipal Power Supply Enterprises

China’s power industry exists the inherent thought of ‘the importance of power,the contempt of power transmission and regardless in utilizing electric energy’in the process of development.It causes that the distribution can not keep with the generation,transmission and other aspects synchronous development.Especially with the development of Chinese economic and the acceleration progress of urbanization,the city electricity puts forward higher requirement of the quality of electric energy.The construction of city distribution network is complex systems engineering.The paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the development and operation status of distribution network about municipal power supply enterprises.To find out the issue during its development and the weak link in the construction process.Providing the important reference for the plan,construction,operation and management of distribution network of municipal power supply enterprises.This paper takes the distribution network within the jurisdiction of the municipal power supply enterprises as the research object.It has a through research on the distribution network comprehensive evaluation system.Based on the characteristics and properties of urban distribution network,it builds the evaluation system of development and operation status of municipal power supply enterprises distribution network from the development of distribution network,operation condition of two aspects. Through in depth analysis of comprehensive evaluation method.The matter-element extension model and the improved TOPSIS method are used to evaluate the two aspects of the evaluation system.Combining with G1 method,improved AHP,entropy weight method and based on standard deviation and mean difference of weight coefficient method,it builds the optimal combined weight method based on moment estimation theory.Finally,determining the value of comprehensive evaluation by using combination evaluation theory.In order to verify the evaluation index system scientific and effective,the paper selects the development and operation status of distribution network of some city in2009-2013 year to make an empirical analysis.The analysis of the evaluation results can be drawn that the development and operation status of distribution network is getting better year and year in the city.It lines with the actual situation.It proves that the evaluation system of development and operation status of municipal power supply is scientific and effective.It puts forward the measures and suggestions for improving the operation status and power grid development of municipal power enterprises.
