With the rapid development of economic globalization, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the competition among enterprises is no longer limited to the physical, financial, Talent has become the core competitiveness of enterprises, Human resources management has become the key to enterprise development and growth. Performance management system is closed related with the benefits of employees and the achievement of company’s gods, which is important component of human resource management system. So Construct a perfect, efficient performance management system is the enterprise in the development process must be focued, and it is also the key to help the enterprise realized the goals,optimized the human resource management and make the employee and enterprise to common development.In this paper, the performance management system of the CX Construction Co. as the research object, based on profound theoretical analysis and investigation,and through the discussion of the status of the performance management system, construction about CX Construction Co., Ltd., then find CX Construction Co. performance management problems, with the related theoretical analysis, discussing how to design enterprise performance management index system and guarantee their smooth implementation, to enhance the performance of enterprises.The Study includes six chapters. Chapter one briefly introduces the back ground, orientation, purpose, significance and structure of the present study.In chapter two, performance management’s relevant studies and theories are reviewed and become the theory basis for redesign of performance management system of CX Constructive Ltd. Co. Chapter three analyzes the problems existing in performance management of CX Constructive Ltd. Co and finds the causes of these problems. Chapter four is the focus, it is combined with the enterprise status and performance management system design ideas, re-plans and designs the framework of the company’s performance management system. During the design of the performance management system, closely connected with the strategic objectives of the enterprise, in the design of assessment indicators fully learning the advantages of the Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators, building the Performance indicator system in line with the actual situation of the enterprise. Chapter five is devoted to summary and evaluation of the new performance management system designed for CX Constructive Ltd. Co..Last chapter is the conclusion that includes the review and summary of this paper, and point out the existing problems and the future research goals and plans.Study and re-plans the CX Constructive Ltd. Co. performance management system can help enterprises to improve operational efficiency, achieving performance goals, and optimization of human resources management.
