Analysis Of The Evolution Of The Social Spatial Structure Of Lanzhou City Since The Reform And Opening Up

Since the country’s reform and opening-up policy-oriented economic reforms implemented since 1978.The development of China’s economic is facing the important issues of "economic transformation".From a planned economy to a market economy focuses on resource allocation and economic development of the structural changes, the institutional transformation triggered by the transition profound impact on China’s economic development, especially for the city- the most active role in the economic activity generated by geographic region more evident, reflected in the demand structure, the industrial structure, the trade structure, the element structure and the corporate structure.The Chinese city experienced unprecedented change and development, but also the urban social space gradually became complex and diverse direct cause, the temporal and spatial expression of the urban social spatial differentiation and Reconstruction. Based on this, according to Lanzhou section third,fifth,sixth census data, the use of eco-analysis method factor for 1982, 2000 and 2010 social spatial structure in Lanzhou city to conduct a comprehensive analysis, the main factor variation, social differentiation the degree of variation and social variation space of three increasingly progressive order of Lanzhou City in the evolution of social space among the three study years to analyze and discuss factors explain these changes finally produced.The results showed that:(1)1982, 2000, 2010 respectively includes that: 1982 is cadres and the working class factor, professional and technical personnel factor, agricultural population factor, business services industry population and majorities factor. 2000 is commercial service industry population factor, the industrial population and the elderly population factor, cadres and professional and technical personnel factors, cultural factors, education personnel factor, agricultural population factor, factor of national population. 2010 is occupational status factor, industrial population and the elderly population factor, culture, education, industry personnel factor, agricultural population factor, highly educated personnel factor, ethnic population factor.(2)Social space type from the main factor of the three study periods were obtained: 1982 for enterprise management and workers mixed residential areas, general practitioners and minority populations mixed residential, professional and technical personnel and workers mixed residential areas, intelligentsia and senior professionals ghettos, agricultural laborers living area, 2000 for general practitioners and flow populated areas, mixed residential area workers, intelligentsia and senior professionals ghettos, cadres of staff and technical personnel-intensive distribution minority densely populated mixed residential areas, agricultural laborers living area, 2010 staff people, technical staff and grassroots mixed residential areas, general practitioners and flow populated areas, mixed residential area workers, ethnic minorities densely populated mixed residential area, the intelligentsia and senior professionals neighborhoods, good industrial foundation of agriculture populated areas; accordingly the Lanzhou urban social spatial structure from 1982 to 2010 in order summarized as: a sector dominated by the band structuremodel, b. concentric pattern ribbon structure under the auspices of the three sub-center began to take shape, c. mixed-mode multi-center under the auspices of the strip, mark concentric and sector structure is still relatively clear.(3) 1982, 2000, 2010, changes in urban social spatial structure Lanzhou closely associated with the implementation of national policy since the founding of macroeconomic policy has a direct impact on the elements of the formation of social space, so that changes in the spatial structure of society has gone through three stages: Height centralized planned economy period, the transition period from planned economy to market economy, policy reform during the socialist market economic system, education system, the household registration system, land and housing systems, industrial development strategies and urban planning five aspects of the steering system has become in Lanzhou urban social spatial structure evolution of intrinsic motivation.
