In recent years,the development of traditional agricultural enterprises became increasingly difficult.Such variations as overcapacity,product homogeneity,changes of agricultural production patterns at home,changes of international market pattern,even national policy adjustment and so on,make the most agricultural enterprises performance suffered different degrees of decline.Meanwhile,with the incoming era of mobile internet,lots of agricultural business platforms seize the market suddenly and quickly.Referred to related literatures during the research,the study found that transformation of traditional agricultural enterprises elementarily remains at the scrabble stage,related research on it is almost a blank.Many enterprises have long suffered from reference and theory support.So far,almost all of the current research had some limitations,focused on Agricultural E-commerce enterprises only or business model of Agricultural E-commerce only,less mentioned the characteristics and advantages of combining with mobile Internet,how do the traditional agricultural enterprise integrate existing resources,transformation and innovation in all aspects of enterprise management,it's hope to supplement and perfect by this paper.This paper adopts a combination of literature research and case analysis,in order to find the common laws in transformation of traditional agricultural enterprises in the era of mobile internet,thereby provide some useful and meaningful references.The first chapter is the introduction part,the first part introduces the research background and research significance,research themes and contents,then analyses and evaluation of the related research topics at home and abroad,and points out the important contribution of this research,then the related concepts of this study and the theoretical basis for the definition.The second chapter introduces the current situation and problems of traditional agricultural industry,pointed out the current status of the agricultural industry,mainly in:first,the industry environment support for the better development of agricultural enterprises;secondly,the integration of agriculture industry alliance to become the new norm;thirdly,explore the transformation part of agricultural enterprises.The third chapter analyzes the influence of traditional agricultural enterprises under the mobile Internet era and the situation.Its impact is mainly reflected in the restructuring of the business model,the efficiency of sales links,as well as the competitive landscape of the break.The fourth chapter uses case study method,it takes a case analysis on the traditional pesticide enterprises-Shenzhen NOPOSION agrochemical Corporation.Based on SWOT analysis of the enterprise,this paper points out the several important measures of transformation of NOPOSION under the circumstances of mobile Internet,and it interprets the seven measures one by one.The fifth chapter on the basis of this transformation experience,put forward the enterprise of our country traditional agricultural transformation and upgrading of enterprises and enlightenment.These revelations mainly include a clear strategic positioning of the enterprise,a strong push to promote the integration of existing resources,the development of feasible and effective measures and other aspects of the transformation.The sixth chapter is the last chapter of this paper,based on the summary and reflection of the research,summarizes the main conclusions of this study,pointed out the shortcomings of the research,and further research will be discussed.
