Henan mobile since its inception in 1999,uphold the principle of "responsibility makes perfection," concept,establish a perfect coverage,high quality,advanced management integrated communication network.But along with the growth of the company,especially the impact of the mobile Internet,exists in the enterprise management of Henan mobile problems increasingly exposed,showing the traditional voice business is rapidly replacing data,value-added services are robbed,problems lack of atmosphere and enterprise human resources management innovation such as rigid.The emergence of these problems shows that after experiencing rapid growth,the company faces new strategic transformation needs,and needs to reposition the strategy of enterprise developmentIn view of the existing problems,this paper analyzes the operating environment and strategic status of Henan mobile,analyzes the transformation strategy of Henan mobile under the mobile Internet environment,and puts forward five main measures for the implementation of the transformation strategy.This paper use PEST analysis,five forces model analysis,SWOT strategy analysis tools such as the Henan mobile respectively from the macro environment,industry environment and competitors in several dimensions were analyzed;then the external environment through qualitative and quantitative analysis of opportunity is greater than the threat,the external environment of national macro environment and policies conducive to the development of the company conclusion.At the same time,through the analysis of the company's organizational structure,human resources,cyber source etc.,shows the company's strengths and weaknesses,through the comprehensive evaluation of internal environment matrix,although the overall internal environment conducive to the growth of the company,but that advantage is not significant.According to the analysis results and combined with the actual Henan mobile,this thesis is to develop a strategic transformation system for Henan mobile,determine the rapid development in the mobile Internet situation,Henan mobile should focus on the "new value guide" strategic positioning,adopt centralization,differentiation and cooperation strategy;and put forward the construction of a new organizational structure,enterprise resource optimization the configuration of mobile Internet and cultivate enterprise culture,innovation of core employee motivation,make "the connection" network to build the core Internet application platform of five measures to guarantee the implementation of the strategy transformationWith the subversion of the mobile Internet to the traditional communication industry,the traditional operators,represented by Henan mobile,have made certain response,due to the constraints of the inherent system,there is no clear and effective strategy to deal with the impact of the mobile internet.Therefore,this paper has certain reference and reference value for the strategic transformation of other traditional operators...
